When it comes to moving a refrigerator over a wood floor, never roll it out without something under it, or else you'll see track marks indented in your wood floor. Always use something like masonite, to roll on to keep your wood floors safe. You can get masonite at your local home improvement store for around 10 dollars and you can score it with a knife and break it, to cut it up for your needs.

The Boys & Girls Club of Las Vegas turned out to be an enjoyable job that ran smoothly due to the people that work there. The now retired, Jim Richards and his staff at the Boys & Girls Club were very coopperative, letting us do what we do best and install a basketball court without any hiccups or surprises. Is cork flooring difficult to install? No, but you need to take your time when installing it because it's fragile! Cork is not hard like laminate floors, it's soft and any edge will break or dent if bumped into something. You need to look at every piece before you install it and use fine...Read Full Post »

Wow, we are done with the showroom! It has been 6 months to get it where it is today. We've been busy installing hardwood floors, and all the spare time we had was spent to get this finished. The last thing done for Excellent Floors showroom, was to bring in hundreds of wood flooring samples and displaying them. Wow, I'm finally done putting the new showroom together! It took some time putting the floors down, basing it, painting a few walls, and putting the racks with samples in. What made it hard was the time spent after work to get it done. It's ready to use! My next project will be to work on my website and advertising. This is a never ending project!
