We love our floors! Kipp is amazing and he was very patient with us. I don't know how many people come to Yelp to look for flooring, but if you're looking definitely give Excellent a call! Long overdue review. Kip performed outstanding work in refinishing hardwood floors in a residence that I owned for many years and sold shortly after he restored the flooring to its original beauty. In addition to his brilliant craftsmanship, Kip provided superior customer service, charged a fair price and was a pleasure to get to know. If I could give him more than 5 stars here, I would gladly do so.

Kipp just finished our floors and let me tell you there is absolutely NO One Better! He does exactly what he says he will do and finishes on time! The crew runs a clean worksite and are very careful of everything in your home. Trustworthy, honest, and extreemly talented! Thank you excellent floors!!!!!! Oh and he does not forget you after the job is done, I spilled super glue on my new floors, Kipp came over on his day off cleaned up my disaster no questions just results! Beautiful Ones!

Awesome job by Kip and crew. His workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism was impressive. After refinishing our floors, the only regret was not to have it done years ago. Also, Glenda from the office was a great communicator and a pleasure to talk to every step of the way.
